Good morning :)

Zoe thought I should start a blog - so here goes nothing :)

Here's a little about me -
My name is Jen
I live in a wonderful little neighborhood in Saratoga Springs Utah.

I am Married to Cory and I have 4 beautiful children
Casey is 9, Samantha is 7, Chrsitina is 4 and Cody is about 20 months :)

I am a stay at home mom - my number one passion other then my family and friends is the computer time :)
I love to create little cartoon dollz and personalize them for myself or friends in yahoo groups -it's an easy way for me to get away and clear my head :)
Some say I may spend a little TOO much time on the computer - but I think I just manage my computer time very well so I can get on here a few different times every day and check emails - email or IM with friends - It's a easier/faster way for me to communicate with the outside world- Oh by the way I'm deaf (in case anyone else reads this :)

Umm so now you're up to date on who I am, let's get personal -
Did everyone have a nice Christmas? I hope so :)
I got a new digi camera for Christmas - and I hope to take a LOT of pictures and keep this blog updated . My personal goal/resolution is to scrapbook - I LOVE to ditial scrapbook but my printer doesn't work so I'm doing it all the hard way - with lot's of shopping at Robert's craft store :) But it's all fun. I only have about 5 pages from Christmas done so far, but it's getting there.

Oh my second passion in life - Cardmaking/scrapbooking - I'm not that great at it - but I LOVE to do it! I joined a few online card swaps around November. I had a LOT of fun! So my Stewart side of the family decided it would be fun to do it once a month with eachother. It's fun! We even included Melissa who lives in Arizona. Once a month we get together at my mother in law's house with my sister in laws - Marla, Erin and Sheri. We take turns hosting it (or will, we've only had one swap so far :) Debbie (my M-I-L) hosted the first one. She made us all a very nice dinner (No kids were invited, well except Sheri's little baby - but she's all fun anyways so no one complained :) After dinner we swaped out our Christmas cards we each made 6 of them. Only Melissa didn't make cards this time. she surprised us with a "Dates to remember" Folder. One for each of us. Each page has a list of everyone's birthday/anniversary for that month. Then the other side has a very cute pocket folder for any cards you make for that month. That's how to get ahead in life :) I was so excited with my new folder I came home and started making cards for January :)
Anyways, back to the card swap - after we swap out our cards, we did a little Demo/make it and take it type thing. Debbie found a scrapbook store in Taylorsivlle, I can't remember the name of it right now but I'll ask her again - You can buy the paper there or bring your own, then go in the back and use any of their die-cuts for Free! Anytime. Only catch is you can't bring your kids back there. and with Cody being so small... It's going to be awhile till I can get to that store :(
BUT she went and made a TON of different REALLY Cute die cuts that we were able to use and make some really cute cards with - So that was fun

Sheri is in charge of our Feb card swap - we're doing either Valentine's or Thank you cards - we get to pick. I'll probably do a Thank you Valentine or something lame like that :)
But it's all for fun

Well I'm off to Walmart - my home away from home :)
